This website is owned and operated by MoetCristalStudios. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors visual art galleries, more information about our art, with art, press-on nails, & accessories for purchase. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

In order to make a purchase on our site, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

Key Commercial Terms offered to customers:

 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process; (iii) you understand the wait time involved in the nailset you choose may be up to 4 weeks for complex painting projects and then allow time for delivery via USPS.

The Process:

Ready to Ship Nailsets are premade sets, packaged and ready to ship within 2 business days. They come in our nail art tiers, Chic, Glam, and Art. Each nailset comes with 20 - 24 nails in a set, providing 2 of each size, in a preset styles. 

Made to Order Nailsets are preset nail designs that can be purchased on a custom-sized 10 piece set, or a 20/24 piece set in some styles. The styles range from the coolest new nail art techniques, and trendy nail art designs, to more classic styles ready for 

Custom Nailsets are designs are made to order so please allow time (2-3 weeks) for painting and processing your order. Every nail is individually, meticulously painted with quality gel polishes, as if it was a miniature canvas. Each set is styled with your unique theme in mind!

All nailsets come with 1 application kit, including materials good for more than one wear.

Please use a valid, active email address when ordering should we need to contact you for more information on your order. Feel free to message us with any questions before you order. If you should desire a change in your design, please message us as soon as possible as the order may be already in progress.

Our Pricing:

We aim to offer high quality art merchandise, decor and press on nails, to our customers. 

Our Press-on Nailsets are made with love, by a singular nail artist based in NYC, Moet Cristal. A chic Nailset may take an hour to complete, while some art sets can take 10+ hours depending on detail and techniques.

We pay fair wages for our artist and any of our  contractors' time and this is reflected in our pricing. 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Sizing Policy:

Custom Orders will be fulfilled after receiving your sizes via a sizing kit. We are not liable for any wrong measurements when you order. All sales are final.

Shipping Options and Terms:

Once we dispatch your items to the post office, we will notify you that your package is enroute via Email. Once shipped, we give the responsibility of delivery to USPS. On average, our standard USPS shipping will arrive within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays on the shipping time of your package. Please contact USPS for any questions about your package shipment. 

 

Return and Refund Policy:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer a refund on our products once purchased. If a problem or question should arise, or if you would like to make a change to your order, please email us at  moetcristalstudios@gmail.com  so we can resolve your concerns promptly.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
